MANUFACTURING OF MICROSTRIP BOARDS
 
Private joint-stock company "Development and Manufacturing company "Ferrite-Quasar" has many years of fruitful experience in the manufacture of microstrip boards for the production of microelectronics, electronics, optics and other applications.
       
       
       
       
Microstrip boards are manufactured using high-frequency microwave materials with double-sided metallization. We manufacture polycor boards from polycor, ferrite and other dielectric materials. The thickness of the substrate is selected at the request of the customer.
 
 
At your service is a full cycle of the process of manufacturing boards:
 
  •Preparing production - making a photomask;  
     
  •Vacuum deposition of conductive layers on the front and back sides of the substrate;  
     
  •Electroplated coatings;  
     
  •Disc cutting;  
     
     
  Guaranteed quality, compliance with minimum terms of the treaty, the protocol design of control measurements.
